Billing, refunds, and cancellation
The FriendsFinder Terms of Service contain our paid-service billing terms, cancellation policy, refund and dispute policy, return-policy statement for digital services, legal restrictions, and general promotion terms.
Account access
Use the password-reset option if you cannot sign in. Verify your email address to unlock member features.
Profile and discovery
Update your public name, @username, interests, friendship preferences, and privacy choices from Settings.
Messages and safety
Block unwanted contact and report the relevant member or content when moderators need context. Contact emergency services for immediate danger.
Location features
Nearby discovery and Crossed Paths are optional. Review Settings and disable location-dependent features whenever you do not want them active.
